What is the JIN Student Partner Program?
It is an opportunity for students to be part of something that directly helps individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.
What kind of things would I be involved in?
Write plain language summaries on issues and subtopics within the Pre-Trial, Trial, and Post Conviction Stages.
Research organizations in your community who are helping justice impacted people, add them to our help directory for impacted people to find and connect, and to highlight the important work they do.
Compile a resource library where people can become more informed about certain issues, policies, court procedures, laws and more.
Work alongside local grass root organizations and help develop their priority areas.
